Overview
Reltio is a cloud-native master data management (MDM) platform, marketed as the Reltio Data Cloud, that unifies fragmented customer, product, supplier and other core data from ERP, CRM and other systems into a single trusted "golden record." It targets large enterprises in industries such as life sciences, financial services, insurance, healthcare, retail and manufacturing that need a real-time, accurate view of entities across many source systems.
The platform combines AI-based entity resolution (matching and merging duplicate records across sources), continuous data quality monitoring, data governance workflows, and a low-code Integration Hub with over 1,000 prebuilt connectors to move data bi-directionally between Reltio and operational and analytical systems. Reltio positions its golden records as the trusted data layer feeding both traditional analytics and newer AI/agentic workloads.
In March 2026, SAP announced an agreement to acquire Reltio, with the stated goal of making SAP and non-SAP enterprise data AI-ready; the deal was expected to close in Q2/Q3 2026, with Reltio continuing to be offered as a standalone platform as well as a component of SAP's Business Data Cloud.
