Overview
Profisee is a master data management (MDM) platform that helps enterprises create a single, trusted source of truth for core business data such as customers, products, vendors and locations. It connects to source systems, matches and merges duplicate records into "golden records," applies data quality and governance rules, and publishes clean data back out to ERPs, CRMs and analytics platforms.
The platform is positioned around deep ties to the Microsoft ecosystem: it is built to run natively on Azure, integrates with Microsoft Fabric and OneLake, Microsoft Purview, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse and Power BI, and supports migration paths from legacy Microsoft Master Data Services (MDS). Profisee also connects to non-Microsoft systems including Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Snowflake and Google BigQuery via REST APIs, webhooks and pre-built connectors.
Profisee offers flexible deployment (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, hybrid or on-premises) and two editions: an Application Edition aimed at reference data and MDS-migration use cases, and an Enterprise Edition with full matching, survivorship and golden-record capabilities. It has been positioned as a Leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Master Data Management Solutions.
