Overview

Plex MES is the manufacturing execution system component of the Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform, sold by Rockwell Automation after its 2021 acquisition of Plex Systems (originally founded in Michigan in 1995). It provides real-time, paperless production management on a single-instance, multi-tenant cloud architecture, covering production monitoring, scheduling, quality management, and end-to-end traceability on the shop floor.
