Overview
LeaseQuery, powered by FinQuery, is a cloud-based lease accounting platform that centralizes lease data and automates compliance with modern lease accounting standards, including ASC 842, IFRS 16, GASB 87/96, SFFAS 54 and FRS 102. It targets corporate accounting teams that need to calculate right-of-use (ROU) assets and lease liabilities, generate amortization schedules and journal entries, and produce audit-ready disclosure reports.
The platform acts as a lease subledger that sits alongside a company's ERP or general ledger, ingesting lease data (via AI-assisted document abstraction or manual entry) and pushing calculated journal entries into the accounting system. FinQuery offers a dedicated native NetSuite version (LeaseQuery for NetSuite, built as a SuiteApp on SuiteCloud, following its 2022 acquisition of Crowe Lease Accounting Optimizer) as well as integrations to other major ERPs including Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday and Acumatica.
FinQuery also sells adjacent products for prepaid expense amortization, contract and accrual management, and equipment/vehicle leasing, with LeaseQuery/lease accounting as its original and core product line.
