Overview

Domo is a cloud-native business intelligence and data experience platform that connects, transforms, visualizes, and acts on data in one place. It combines a large library of prebuilt connectors, an integrated ETL layer (Magic ETL), data warehousing, and a dashboarding and app-building environment, aiming to cover the full pipeline from raw data to decision without stitching together separate tools.

The platform supports building interactive dashboards (cards), low-code data apps, and embedded analytics for both internal users and external customers via Domo Everywhere. It includes AI and data-science features, automated alerts, and a mobile-first experience. Domo is delivered as multi-tenant SaaS and uses a consumption/credit-based commercial model where all features and unlimited users are available, with cost tied to platform usage.

Domo was founded in 2010 by Josh James (previously co-founder and CEO of Omniture) and is headquartered in American Fork, Utah. It went public on the Nasdaq in 2018 under the ticker DOMO.
