Overview

Cobase is an Amsterdam-based multi-bank connectivity and treasury platform, founded in 2016 as a company incubated within ING Bank. ING became an early investor in 2017, followed by Credit Agricole and Nordea in 2020; Alpha Group acquired a majority stake in 2023, and Alpha cross-border business (including Cobase) was integrated into Corpay Cross-Border Solutions, part of Corpay, Inc. (NYSE: CPAY), in 2025.

The platform gives a single point of access to a company banks and accounts for payments, cash and treasury management. Its Bank Connector product links cloud ERPs, including Oracle NetSuite via a dedicated SuiteApp, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and SAP S/4HANA, directly to banks over SWIFT, host-to-host, EBICS, API and local-standard connections, automating payment-file and statement (CAMT.053) exchange. The broader Payment Hub adds centralized payment authorization, a payment dashboard and fraud controls, and optional Treasury Modules cover cash pooling, liquidity forecasting, in-house banking, foreign exchange and debt management.

Cobase reports 5,000+ users across 90+ countries connected to 300+ banks, and serves corporates, private markets firms and financial institutions. It holds ISO 27001 certification (via BSI), SOC 2 Type II and ISAE 3402 attestations, with data hosted in EU-based Microsoft Azure data centers.
