Insight Works (operating under the dmsiworks.com domain) is a Canadian independent software vendor and Acumatica Gold Partner headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, with a regional office in the Netherlands. Founded in 2008, the company is best known for its catalogue of productivity apps for manufacturers, distributors and supply-chain operators, including mobile warehouse data collection, shop-floor data collection, inventory management, integrated shipping, scheduling, and barcode-driven workflows. Although Insight Works is most prominent in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem (where it is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with a global reseller network of more than 600 Microsoft partners), the firm also publishes ISV add-ons that extend Acumatica Cloud ERP, particularly Acumatica's Manufacturing and Distribution Editions, with shop-floor and warehouse capabilities. The team comprises roughly 40 employees across North America and Europe and combines its own implementation services with a partner-led distribution model in which Microsoft and Acumatica VARs resell its products.
