AcctTwo Shared Services, LLC was an enterprise accounting solutions and managed-services firm headquartered in Houston, Texas, with offices in Dallas and a remote workforce, and is one of the most recognisable names in the Sage Intacct partner network. The company built its business around three pillars: managed accounting services, cloud accounting software (anchored on Sage Intacct), and software development that extended Sage Intacct with proprietary solutions. AcctTwo grew to a team of more than 100 staff and helped more than 800 organisations across nonprofit, faith-based, healthcare, professional services, and other verticals optimise their finance operations. The firm was Sage Intacct's overall Partner of the Year for six consecutive years (2014-2019), making it a seven-time Partner of the Year. In September 2021 Baker Tilly US announced its acquisition of AcctTwo, with AcctTwo's team and clients joining Baker Tilly Digital effective October 1, 2021. The Sage Intacct practice has subsequently moved alongside the rebranding of related accounting advisory firms; Forvis Mazars in the US now operates a long-tenured Sage Intacct value-added reseller and consulting practice that publishes thought leadership covering Sage Intacct for nonprofits, healthcare, and fund accounting.
