Challenge: Elementis set out to replace SAP ERP with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as its single global ERP standard across four Asian sites. The COVID-19 outbreak blocked the planned March 2020 go-live, and financial and timing constraints meant the cut-over had to be performed remotely rather than on site.
