Solution: Rather than re-implementing the system, DSP recommended restructuring Barnardo's work hierarchy before the upgrade, moving from the complex position-based model to a simplified two-segment job-based structure combining Job Category and Job Title across 20 defined categories.

Results: DSP mapped the 5,042 active positions down to just 600 new jobs, a tenfold reduction in the structure's maintenance overhead; the redesign removed the need for a complete re-implementation during the system upgrade and simplified future rollouts of Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll and Self-Service modules.

Solution: DSP cloned the Council's production EBS environment into a new tenancy on DSP Cloud, kept it current via archive logs, ran four test upgrade cycles to validate the migration, reverse-engineered undocumented customizations, and built a proprietary data-purge tool to remove non-Constabulary data before performing the upgrade and separation in a single weekend.

Results: Lancashire Constabulary's EBS system was separated with its full data history retained and upgraded to version 12.2 with no major issues, avoiding additional Market Driven Support renewal fees and staff disruption; the engagement secured a five-year managed service and cloud hosting contract.

Solution: DSP migrated RiverStone to Oracle Fusion Financials using the Oracle Unified Method, implemented a Sapiens insurance ledger that made the existing netting customizations obsolete, and moved reporting onto SmartView and OTBI with an optimized chart of accounts to cut Excel dependency.

Results: The six-month implementation went live on schedule and within budget, with Fusion Cash Management now handling more than 120 bank accounts across multiple currencies and legacy data flowing seamlessly into the new cloud general ledger; the redesign also delivered Solvency II reporting capability.

Solution: DSP provided managed services for Autocab's Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across a structured six-week transition of knowledge transfer, stabilization and optimization, adding application support, incident management, quarterly patch reviews, minor enhancements and user process reviews.

Results: DSP resolved the outstanding technical issues, transferred enough Oracle Fusion knowledge to make Autocab's finance and procurement teams self-sufficient again, and added performance dashboards that improved service visibility.

Solution: DSP migrated Stonewater's database and web tier to Oracle Database 12c on Linux, consolidated the three environments into a single instance, moved the whole estate to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and took on ongoing architecture, implementation and managed services.

Results: The migration consolidated three legacy environments into one modernized OCI instance with data preserved through the post-merger consolidation, delivering a significant reduction in total cost of ownership and greater versatility to expand the platform.
