Absolute EPM delivered the solution on time and on budget; Serasa analysts gained the ability to trace the source and basis of all allocations and to create new allocation methods without changing the application configuration, and the new process allocated data significantly faster than the previous 'black box' solution.
Challenge: During a wider Oracle ERP project, Experian was implementing its global Oracle instance at subsidiary Serasa and needed to replace a slow, opaque 'black box' allocation model that offered no visibility into the source of allocations and required an external consultant to manage and explain the process, while supporting a complex two-stage allocation and integrating with Experian's existing Hyperion landscape without creating new bottlenecks.
