Certent Disclosure Management (CDM) is a Microsoft Office-based disclosure management platform, sold by insightsoftware, for producing external regulatory filings and internal narrative reports. It combines live financial data with narrative text inside Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and manages the version control, workflow and audit trail needed to control high-frequency, multi-author reports such as 10-Ks, 10-Qs, annual reports and board packs.
