Overview
Webgility is a connector that syncs orders, inventory and payouts from multiple ecommerce storefronts and marketplaces into QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop or Xero, then reconciles them to accountant-ready books. It connects storefronts including Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Magento and BigCommerce, marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy and TikTok Shop, and point-of-sale systems including Shopify POS and Lightspeed POS, along with payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal.
Beyond automated order-level reconciliation and real-time inventory sync across channels, Webgility layers a human-verification step on top of the automation: its higher tiers include a monthly close reviewed by an accountant so customers receive what the vendor calls certified books rather than a purely software-reconciled ledger.
Webgility supports both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop (Pro, Premier and Enterprise editions), which distinguishes it from connectors that only support the cloud edition, and it offers paid add-ons for historical data migration and books reconstruction for sellers cleaning up existing records.
